About the squad

City of Hereford Swimming Club's Competition 2 squad  is geared towards the Long Term Athlete Development level of "Training to train". It's aims are to hone the skills of the swimmers in the squad to enable them to increase their competitive performance . The squad also looks to increase the volume and intensity of training through a carefully planned programme combining both water-based and dry-land training. It is important the swimmers record their own training and achievements and this will be expected to be in the form of LOG BOOKS. Swimmers within the squad are expected to meet a range of criteria which will assist in achieving these aims and ensure that training sessions can be progressive and well managed. Swimmers are also expected to come properly equiped for each training session.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
